Construction Update

The month of April has been an incredibly productive month in construction with the SIERA and LPS team seeing the completion of the Pipis basement with the Ground floor slab, Basement 1 & Basement 2 slabs now all complete.

The completed ground floor slab will be home to Pipis stunning private & secure communal amenities, including our 15m heated pool & poolside lounge, fully equipped gymnasium, beach shower, dog wash, and bicycle & surfboard storage. The ground floor also provides secure & private direct beach access for our future residents, which is something rarely found.

The assembly of the tower crane is enabling the team to quickly progress the ground floor structure and we anticipate the completion of the level 1 slab at the end of May. This is an exciting time with future residents keen to inspect the uninterrupted views to Surfers Paradise in the North and Coolangatta to the South.

As the team progress the construction of Pipis, it has become very evident how special this location is and just how unique these residences will be. The attention to detail and design excellence that Ellivo and the SIERA team have been working so hard on is now being brought to life by the LPS team and we look forward to sharing further updates with you next month
