The last month has been another highly productive period on-site at PIPIS with the last of our apartment slabs poured and the ‘topping out’ of the structure now officially complete at the time of writing this update.

The progress being made on-site is very impressive with the team only 12 months into construction having demolished and cleared the site in September 2023. The progress is a testament to the hard work, commitment, and passion of everyone involved including our project consultants, architect, builders, subcontractors, suppliers and of course, the SIERA Team.

Progress on-site will now become less visually obvious as our structure is complete and for the next few months, all the hard work will be hidden behind our scaffolding. The progress we can expect to see over the next month includes:

• Formwork removal and back propping of our penthouses and rooftop slabs.
• Wall framing and service installation on the upper levels of apartments.
• Glazing install and completion on levels 1-3.
• Plasterboard sheeting on levels 1-3.
• Ground floor residence under slab services and slab preparation works.

With only 1 half-floor residence remaining, our Display Gallery will be closing on the 12th of October with future inspections to be by appointment only. The next few weeks will be the last chance to inspect our display and secure an apartment before our penthouses are released to the market later in the year, if availability allows.
