Pipis continues to make good progress through the structure phase of the project with our building contractors at LPS Group completing the concrete pour for our level six residences. The structure now has only two more floor slabs to go until we reach the final levels of the project which will become our double-storey penthouses. 

With each floor that is poured, the team as well as our future residents continue to be taken away by the breathtaking views overlooking the uninterrupted coastline to the North & East and the stunning McPherson Mountain Range, Springbrook National Park and Hinterlands to the West.

Alongside the great progress being made structurally, our services trades who are responsible for electricity, plumbing and mechanical (air-conditioning) are now working through the wiring and connections for each apartment. This work is not seen but ultimately forms the functionality of each home. The SIERA team have put a tremendous amount of work into ensuring the layout of light switches, power points, lights, and plumbing fixtures ensures that our future residents have a seamless living experience. This work has included specialised lighting design consultants FPOV whose input in the project lighting has been invaluable.

We have also started to see wall frames and ceiling frames being erected which means you can really start to get a true feel for the layout of the apartments, with all site visits to date sharing positive feedback on the size and spacious design.
