Since our last update, the team at Pipis has been making some incredible progress on-site. With the construction of our basement and ground-level floor slab now complete, we have reached a very exciting stage in the development of the project. 

Over the last 6 weeks, we have seen the completion of levels 2-4. This is a very exciting time for the residents of these floors as they are now able to see their future homes begin to take shape and come to life.

Alongside the great progress of the structure of Pipis, our building contractors LPS Group have completed our water and stormwater civil connections. These connections are essential for the building to operate and allow us to swiftly move into settlement once construction is complete.

Over the next month, you will again see great progress on-site as the structure of Pipis progresses. With each level mirroring the level below, the LPS Group team can achieve 8-day cycles between each slab pour. It has been very rewarding to see this beautiful project progress so quickly, with some of the team having been able to enjoy some whale watching while conducting our regular site inspections with LPS Group.
