Since topping out the project in late October, the team have been dialled in on progressing the internal services and finishes of the building.

Working together collaboratively with LPS Group to ensure that every small detail meets the highest standard possible, SIERA is truly proud of the work completed so far and is eager to continue this standard of quality right through to the build completion and post-settlement. Some of the key items that have taken place over the last month include:

Waterproofing installation and testing.

Internal framing.

Installation of double-glazed windows.

Internal sheeting and setting.

Facade rendering and painting.

With the team powering forward into Christmas, the next phase of the interiors will be very exciting as we see the installation of the apartment joinery and tiling.

Having worked closely alongside the architect and interior design team at Ellivo, these stunning finishes have been hand-picked to bring an added level of sophistication to the residences, with every detail carefully selected to compliment the design and structure of each space. With natural stone benchtops, floor tiles, and Japanese-crafted ceramic feature tiles, these spaces offer a truly tasteful,  sanctuary feel.
